One week training workshop given to students working on the enhancement of D-VASim (Dynamic Virtual Analyzer and Simulator). This workshop focused on the development part of timing and threshold value analysis.

I co-supervised a graduate student from Chosun University, South Korea, who worked on the parallelization of the algorithm to determine threshold value and propagation delay of genetic logic circuit models. This workshop was arranged specifically for his training purpose, while some other interested undergraduate students also participated in it.
